Terms of service
These terms govern use of RILORI Continuity unless a separate written agreement applies to your organization.
Using Continuity
You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and only with information you are authorized to provide, collect, review, and retain. You are responsible for your workspace members, invitations, and the instructions you give participants.
Accounts and access
Keep account credentials secure and promptly remove access for people who no longer need it. Workspace administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and permissions.
Participant conversations
Your organization is responsible for giving participants appropriate notice about the purpose of a handover or onboarding conversation and for determining the lawful basis for processing information in its jurisdiction.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew according to the billing interval shown at purchase unless cancelled or replaced by a separate agreement. Usage limits and included handovers or onboarding interviews are described in the applicable plan.
Acceptable use
Do not use Continuity to violate law, infringe rights, introduce malicious code, bypass access controls, probe the service without authorization, or use participant content for undisclosed employment scoring or prohibited decision-making.
Service availability
We work to keep Continuity reliable, but online services may occasionally be unavailable. Features can evolve as the product develops. Enterprise service levels, security commitments, or data-processing terms apply only when agreed in writing.
Ownership
Your organization retains its rights in the content it provides. RILORI retains rights in the Continuity software, interface, documentation, and underlying technology, subject to any separate written agreement.
