Privacy notice
This notice explains how RILORI Continuity handles personal information when organizations use the service for handovers, onboarding, retained knowledge, billing, support, and account administration.
Information we process
We may process account details, organization and role information, participant interview content, approved retained knowledge, support messages, billing-related identifiers, security logs, and technical information needed to operate the service.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and secure Continuity, run handover and onboarding workflows, create organization workspaces, answer authorized knowledge questions, manage billing, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Interview and retained knowledge
Organizations decide whom to invite and what approved knowledge should remain in their workspace. Interview material may be encrypted by the application when encryption is configured. Approved knowledge can retain source references so authorized users can understand where an answer came from.
Service providers
Continuity may use infrastructure and service providers such as Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Resend, and configured model or AI providers. The exact providers used can depend on deployment and product configuration.
Retention and deletion
Retention can depend on workspace settings, plan, contractual terms, and legal requirements. Workspace administrators may have controls for retention and deletion. Contact us if you need help with an access or deletion request.
International processing
Service providers may process data in different countries. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal transfer mechanisms should be used for the relevant deployment.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or request portability of personal information. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
